Humans are in an age where everything is life is secondary to work. According to Esquire magazine, citing the figures from PSA, Filipinos work an average of 43.2 hours or more per week. That’s more than the standard 40 hours of the work week.
According to WebMD, working longer hours increases the risk of stroke, heart disease, mental health problems, diabetes, and abnormal heart rhythms.
